here is the deal.... elections are simple things

so far ODOMO is getting 1) right - lets see if they can do 2)

As long as the Canary is on the ballot, voters on the other side will inspire themselves into registering and voting. Believe me.smile

In a just world, yes. But in this man eat man society, no. State machinery will be used to frustrate opposition efforts.

Baba has said 2013 was his last year to complain about elections being rigged, he will run parallel tallying system to IEBC

Quote:
Apart from running a parallel electronic vote tallying system, Raila and the Cord team plan to train and deploy party agents in every polling station across the country.

The agents will be equipped with mobile phones and will take and transmit to the national tallying centre images of every result announced in streams.

“Just register, vote and leave the rest to me – but, this time round, am not coming to tell you my votes have been stolen,” Raila said on Ramogi FM, a Luo vernacular radio station

Atleast it will ensure that this candidate is not rigged out
If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Will his tallying system be observed by his opponents to ensure zinamatch?

Jubilee responds

Quote:
Tiaty MP Asman Kamama said a situation where the country announces two presidents would plunge the country into “total chaos”. He urged leaders in both Jubilee and the opposition to exercise restraint in their utterances.

“Only the IEBC [Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission] is constitutionally mandated to conduct elections [and] hence the country cannot have two referees, which would be a recipe for total chaos,” he said.

Quote:
However, Mr Mohamed dismissed Jubilee's, saying they should not meddle in Cord's internal preparations for the next general election, confirming the opposition would set up its own parallel tallying centre.

“Jubilee had their own tallying system during the 2013 elections which was in tandem with the one for the IEBC, so why are they complaining now,” he asked.

Niulizeko, will CooooRD have it's own registered voter list for the entire country or will need to beg IEBC for a copy?
