Yes... the penal code takes care of this. The principle here is your rights end where mine begin I could argue that God did not put that book up (or he would have done a better job). As discussed on this forum before the bible's history is actually questionable Whose God? If I came and said you all are fake coz your God is fake (invisible looks like non existent) and worshipped a pile of the almighty dollars... like a tidy sum of like 1.3Billion dollars.... My God would not have the order you are saying your non existent God has. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

All religions agree on some "God" be it Hindu Muslim, traditional all who the constitution of Kenya which is why the supreme law of the land acknowledges. Contrary to what many here want us to believe, these rules govern all religions (Hindu, Muslim Christians etc) If ngos are regulated why not churches mosques and temples? Religions are many, can't speak for any BUT the Bible doth endorse the law of the land, and says that its leader is annointed. Christians are theby bound to SERVE and OBEY said leaders, wapende wasipende. I learnt long ago not to try fight God's battles. He created, He created everyone else. If He deems you are out of place, He has all it takes to sort you. Greater men have come and gone. As has kingdoms. The Word remains.
