2.5M?? That surely can't be a good or wise investment it's more resistible than irresistible. But I'm sure with the current obsession people have with land you'll find a buyer. All the best.

Today, TPS and Centum shares are very good yet people are selling!!!
That should tell us that people dont have to hold on to something for eternity just because its good.
One has got to move on.
