Using hydraform blocks, Machine blocks or Manual chopped blocks

This days building a house has an option of Using hydraform blocks, Machine chopped blocks or Manual chopped blocks.

My dilemma is which house will be more durable and cheapest to put up?
It is believed that using machine blocks saves on cement...i find that a bit misleading..one piece costs about 50KSH at the least excluding transport while the manually done one costs a maximum of 15KSH. d'oh!
