Explain why and how ?

No one is going to buy those overpriced tu kuarters with stolen money anymore. I'm going out on a limb here but I'm thinking that there are some people right now who are moving their monies abroad after all the asset recovery going on.

The property boom was fueled by stolen money. That's my thesis. There is no way some guy earning 100k per month could buy a kabroti over 10m in cash. It's not logical.
Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?

Anyone want to explain who Wainaina is. Some of us are clueless

Some guy at City council

Don't ask me why but with the recent gov't actions, property prices shall begin to drop. The bubble my friend is real.

Does this mean the Anti-corruption war may have started to bite, albeit slowly? Reminds me that the NYS guys can not enjoy the properties they bought...might be a long time before they do, if they will ever do.

Why cant the gova aka KRA aka EACC or whoever just map major urban cities and move from building/structure to next talking details of ownership and reconcile with tax remittance. Wengi wanaweza bambwa!!!!

The guy has been building residential palaces everywhere. I wonder.

There is no crime in building palaces everywhere. Kenya is a capitalist country. Wainaina comes from a simple background and the dad was a janitor in Nairobi University. If he ascends to the class of billionares, he must be smart and a role model to less fortunate people like me and you Samuel Mbugua Mburu . You have not refused to be a billionaire out of your honesty but because you have not met that chance.
