@Keraka, Nobody says Ruto's cash is his and really, an audit would help confirm a few fears or eliminate doubts. The thing is,see who wants to do the audit. Under which/what mandate? You can't take such a fellow seriously given too, he is surrounded by who is who in the list of the most corrupt in Kenya. Oh well, may be he can start with Wetangula and Muthama and then we can say he is seriously unto something good for you and me. For now, his is just for political expediency. Prove me wrong.
