In Ruiru you will be lucky to get this for 1.8m as the buyers outstrip the sellers by 100 : 1.
But jaribu bahati yako. You never know what you will get.

Am told at Membley there are some plots measuring 30'x60'. How much are these going for ?

I got 1/8th acres 1km off thika rd and 3rd shamba from the tramacked bypass at 800k, and 2km from thika rd, 5th shamba at 600k, same size.

I wish to here more from Ngotho concerning the said plots.
Getting a 1/4 acre of between 500k-600k is next to impossible madam.

-What was the size you were looking at?
-What was the asking price before you went for the search?
-If along thika road,how far from Thika Road was it?
-If along Southern Bypass,how far from the Road was it?

Last week, i saw a clasified add selling 1/8 plots a mount 1 km from ruiru town along thika road for 1.3m and that was after discount.
For those looking for plot in this area, buy now and dont even think about the price.
My hunch is that if the No campaign wins the referendum, these prices will look like giveawys as the 1/8 could cost up wards of 4-5 m.....
