It will crumble on Monday with a bang. Hakutakuwa na mnunuzi unless they treat it as material announcement opening price ranges beyond 10%. Shafting continues! John 5:17 But Jesus replied, “My Father is always working, and so am I.”

Now an undated and unsigned cautionary letter bearing such grim news.. Such a bandia firm. That december rally was an atrocity, a crime against wanjiku. But now the real question, shall we term it as a profit warning or loss warning.. Tafakari hayo HF 30,000 ABP 3.49; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45

Tafakari hayo We have a toothless watchdogs called CMA,CBK,EACC,....these guys should be given more power to vet some of these crooks, such idiocratic letters meant so sway we the wanjiku should be reprehended at all means and rebuked at all times before they land to wanjikus hands. What this letter is meant to do is make wanjiku believe this year will be a good year for home afric ,thereby causing a superficial demand ,pushing price up and then the shafters can dump their shares on misinformed wanjiku at a profit .As I usually say "shafting goes on" and the shafters (corporations and gaament) do it with professionalism to the shaftees (wanjiku) under the watch of toothless shaftons ( watchdogs)

Replace HAFR with KQ. Millions with Billions. Houses with Planes. Different forest, same monkeys. Except for GoK firms, other firms that follow a similar script include HAFR, Olympia, Express, ADSS, Neveready and Sameer. It's sad that only 50% of the listed firms are genuine firms, which may make losses once in a while, that try to do right by minority/wanjiku shareholders. Happy New Year. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

KENRE, KEGN, KQ are government firms that are relatively clean. Kama Imperial Bank iliibiwa, nani amekuambia NIC haina wizi ama I&M.. Personally I believe only 20% of NSE lister firms are worth anyones money, and KK isnt one of them.. :) HF 30,000 ABP 3.49; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45

Personally I believe only 20% of NSE lister firms are worth anyones money, and KK isnt one of them.. :) My apologies. @Obiero is right. There is little theft in KEGN. Enemies of development are behind such stories. http://www.businessdaily...8/-/6qkjrj/-/index.html KenGen boss put on the spot over Sh52bn contract award For such an illustrious firm, what's 52bn? That's money for sodas. And we know the folks at KQ are the most hardworking and clean out there. They have never stolen a penny, made a penny from kickbacks and are in line to be invested as saints by all the churches out there. Those devils like @VVS claiming that there's a loss of KES 80bn in shareholders' equity in 4 years are false prophets. The reality is that the saints in KQ have helped hide the wealth from greedy financiers and foreign interests. KENRE - I am biased. The only GoK firm I hold. On I&M - Please tell us more. What's happening there? Who is stealing? How much? This is one of the banks I invested in but haven't seen much growth in share price despite increased profits. I might dump it for another bank. Could Home Afrika be an indicator of what's happening overall in the real estate industry? I mean so many of these private developers around are following the same template...

@VVS use of subtle sarcasm to give @obiero a morale to accumulate more shares in rickety establishments like his maiden mascot KQ and KENGEN even when evidence in public domain is overwhelming about corrupt deals and nasty kickbacks at the injury of Wanjiko. John 5:17 But Jesus replied, “My Father is always working, and so am I.”

No. The real estate space is vibrant and well. It is HAFR that has a problem HF 30,000 ABP 3.49; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45

Gasp! No!!! I want @obiero to be the next Warren Buffett by buying into Kenya's finest firms like the immensely profitable KQ as well as KenGen which is the model for all Power Generating firms. Each KenGen project is the best there is. The management of KenGen ensures that the shareholders get the best return by finding the contractors that provide the best services at the lowest price. Folks like @Obiero are wise to steer clear of banks like NIC and I&M which as beset by fraud as he has implied. He is right when he says let's stick to GoK firms like NBK which is a paragon of good governance, healthy Capital Ratios that CBK holds up to other banks as THE example. One day, I shall proudly say that I knew @Obiero ... Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

This is why I will only buy what @Obiero recommends. He is a wise man who knows the best firms in every sector especially aviation and the best management of all the firms on the NSE. He has warned me, unfortunately AFTER the fact, about Olympia. Nevertheless, he helped me with KQ by buying what I was selling. Bless this man & his wisdom. If @Obiero says buy HAFR... I will crawl to the CEO with a bag of monopoly money to buy the shares. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett
