Lavington Primary and Nairobi Primary school land grabbed. Developers have moved in and demolished walls and gates.

Quote:
LAND belonging to two Nairobi primary schools have been grabbed by private developers before Christmas – evoking memories of the infamous Langata Primary School grab last year.

The Langata grab on Christmas holiday caused a nationwide furor and the developer was forced to give back the stolen land.

Investigations by the Star showed that this Christmas developers have hived off land at the Nairobi Primary School compound on Processional Way, heading toward State House; and at the Lavington Primary and Secondary School near Lavington Mall.

Building materials are on site and perimeter walls were being built.

same old script, move in quick, fence off, build the houses and sell them off and share the loot with all those involved.

And we kenyans in our stupidity will vote for the guy in 2017 to continue grabbing school property land.
How can 2.5 acres in Lavington cost ksh.5million that is the biggest scam/corrupt deal

Either way the onus of stopping this land grabbing rests with Uhuruto. But When you have a president whose family is legendary when it comes to land grabbing, and a deputy president who is relentless and insatiable when it comes to land grabbing, this is what you have to expect.

Unfortunately , many schools in Kenya especially those built during the colonial period do not have title deeds. Now that the dirty political bigwigs have discovered this loophole, many Nairobi schools are in deep trouble. By 2022, its possible that 10% of schools in Nairobi will lose their playing fields.

Playing fields that used to exist in the estates have been grabbed. The next frontier for land grabbing is school fields.

The trick is to grab the land and sell it quickly to a 3rd party, leaving an untraceable paper trail. My former primary schools land was grabbed by a political bigwig and quickly sold off to the watchtower Church .

Again the responsibility for stopping this madness lies with Uhuruto and with parliament.
