Massive borrowing! How? I am not convinced . By January we shall be @the second phase of fiscal year. Justify your claim.

Let's see what & how much fiscal consolidation the CS will present in the supplementary budget. Probably cosmetic.

I support capex spending and it might require borrowing, the problem is recurrent expenditure.

What the country requires is cutting over-governance and the structural inflation of the Constitution. The Governor in my bunduz lives in a another county!

The Mohamed-Awuondo task force reported that the parastatal sector employs 111,690 workers on an annual wage bill of Sh131 billion, with the National Treasury paying 46 per cent of this.
Ninety-six of these parastatals employed 55,600 on a wage bill of Sh60 billion, but only generated an output of Sh22 billion annually.
