I have Land in different locations and as i wrote earlier in this forum.
Indeed i have received several enquiries from skerians but yet to find a serious buyers.
Our rates are as follows ie on 50 x 100 plot(an eighth) sizes with ready title deeds and where applicable certificates

SOYKIMAU KSH 400 000-1000000
KATANI KSH 200 000- 400 000
UTAWALA KSH 350 000
KANGUNDO Rd. (KAMULU) from KSH 150 000

NB.-Payment can be done on installments of 4 months.
-Before you buy we take you to the field to view and make your informed decision.
