Woie. Hiyo bei Ruiru or Juja huwezi ukapata saa hii. The area has opened up and is opening up via 1) Thika road expansion 2) Eastern by pass nearing completion 3) start of northern bypass next year.

Unless uende huko mbali ndani kabisa something like 4 kms away from the tarmack.

KATANI KSH 200 000- 400 000
UTAWALA KSH 350 000
KANGUNDO Rd. (KAMULU) from KSH 150 000

Do you have anything along the thika road corridor and or near any of the two bypasses (east and north)?
If so how far in meters or kms are they from the tarmack? Only then can we be able to judge the value you quite above.
