I was with them and i tell it was stress. Want to try access kenya. But a whole month they haven't done any installation at my site. excuses ,we don't have equipment, they are at customs. Where do we run to?

Are you in mombasa or nairobi? I would prefer honesty than someone take my money and start pulling funny stunts like what am going through.

I am in Kisumu citi. A freind was tellig about very good VSAT and the prices have come really down.
The customer service for this 'big' guys is Zero. It is the high time we got small guys buy capacity and retail the same while offering great customer support.
They know nothing about SLAs.

done - but he should learn to have some decency and professionalism when addressing clients....and not as if he is addressing his fellow soccer members!
Again he should have in mind that his views are representing entire KDN and not speaking on his own behalf.
