@binti I feel u..when al-shabab are recruiting Law and Eng graduates! Stepping aside, resigning, arraigning in court, searches etc is bullshit to me if we don't prioritize recovering the lost money (restitution); 0.8B, Chickengates are not loose change or paid in cash, the Audit trail is so clear, follow it and freeze the A/C, there after you can continue with the Kenyan mediocre politics and whitewash prosecutions!

Let this matter be investigated fully. If she is innocent, there is nothing to fear.

Quote:
In all, 16 different addresses in Nairobi were targeted. Other prominent people whose homes were searched include Principal Secretary Peter Mangiti, NYS Director-General Nelson Githinji and his deputy Adan Harakhe.

Also targeted were the homes of Mr Henrick Polish (Principal Supply chain Officer, NYS), Mr Simon Ndung’u (Architect, Ministry of Lands), Mr Samuel Wacheni (Director Finance NYS), Mr Noor Hassan Noor (Ministry of Devolution), Mr Dennis Kipkorir Ng’eno (Electrical engineer Public Works), Mr Samuel Odhiambo (Head of Supply Chain, Ministry of Devolution), a Mr Munywoki (Chief Accountant, Office of the President) and Mr Benson Gethi (businessman).

Those are the people who control where the money goes. Are they still in office? If so, this is just a show

You are blaming the wrong people. To search someone's home, you need a court warrant, so Mutunga is the one to blame here.

A chief accountant in the office of the president was the public servant who was found with almost four million shillings in cash in his house. the accountant was among twelve people whose houses and offices were searched by ethics and anti corruption officers in a crackdown on graft suspects.
