America is a funny place...shooters are called gunmen while in the rest of the world the are called terrorists. .ok

And they say the rest of the world is more dangerous than America.

Who believes that is the case it ?.

The evidence may say otherwise.

There are countries like Switzerland where lots of people have guns and this stuff doesn't happen. America has a problem of domestic terrorism which is harder to deal with coz its an enemy within. There are lunatics who kill lots of people but they don't want to call them terrorists and treat them accordingly. They'd rather stick to the stereotypes they've established: black = thug,white = lone gunman/mentally unstable, Muslim = terrorist. The bottom line is all these people are terrorists and the "lone gunman" category kills by far the most. They celebrate them, filling the press with even mundane details like their favorite movies and food which only encourages more "lone gunmen" to go out and kill so that they can die famous.

Is there any difference if you call it terrorism or whatever else, we are just obsessed with america.

This shifts from gunmen to a terror attack.

As someone said, when your kid steals from you, you dont call him a thief and take him to the police, you say he is a spoilt/troubled child and look for ways to rehabilitate him. But when a stranger commits a similar crime (steals from you), you deal with the thief proper. So let the US deal with their "troubled kids".

Just as i was looking for the article. Was wondering why @Alpha shouldn't be here pointing at extremist Muslim cousins of his who have more likelihood of harming his kin other than a terrorist who is 6000 Kms away. Should i ask him to climb down?
