There are countries like Switzerland where lots of people have guns and this stuff doesn't happen. America has a problem of domestic terrorism which is harder to deal with coz its an enemy within. There are lunatics who kill lots of people but they don't want to call them terrorists and treat them accordingly. They'd rather stick to the stereotypes they've established: black = thug,white = lone gunman/mentally unstable, Muslim = terrorist. The bottom line is all these people are terrorists and the "lone gunman" category kills by far the most. They celebrate them, filling the press with even mundane details like their favorite movies and food which only encourages more "lone gunmen" to go out and kill so that they can die famous.
