Does the name Muraya/Gitahi/Ndigirigi mean much?... and yeah, that is a backyard i know like the back of my hand. From Shauri,Kiandege,Gachi,Munandaini, Kwa-Muthungu,Ndogino,Pondo,Shauri e.tc Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

The Luo is a general metaphor Okuyo's use to refer to all Kenyans from Western. @Kaigangio, whats important is whether this Onyango educated his kids, include that in the story. That is the real legacy one leaves behind. Accumulating wealth, esp. those plot 10's is absolute nonsense. But please do tell how this tale ends, I bet the Kiuk who made all the right decisions in life ends up smelling like roses.
