buying a subdivision plot in Zimmerman

Hi guy there...I would like anyone who has information on a subdivision plot in Zimmerman....They are usually 15 by 25 and can accommodate a one bedroom house...ie..a full plot of 75 by 50 can have 10 units of 15 by 25...Are this plots authentic??? any way....can someone get such a plot at a reasonable price???

the easiest way is to get a group of ten interested people and buy one plot common ownwership. Then divide the plot into ten with sublease and start constructing jointly by contribution. its a localised form of REITS. This way if one dies or is gets stuck say at 3rd floor it doesnt affect everybody
