So if wanjiku the voter becomes a middle class they stop voting, if thats the case I support the measures remove wanjiku from the middle class.

It was a question of when not if.. this govt has dished money & benefits to wanjiku more than any other.. Uwezo, last mile, harambee, corruption .. etc etc. Money that would otherwise have been used in productive sectors to benefit wanjiku in more sustainable way. This has now created a hole in budget. It's the middle classwho will now pay for this mismismanagement since wanjiku can't be easily taxed- since govt has not created opportunitis /enabling environment for the converse
