Does anyone have this BOX connection living in one of the Sandelwood Apartment building blocks? Do these Apartments have fiber connection, or will KDN use a WiMAX connection?

thanks for more updates

If this is SandleWood Lenana then you should be having ADSL service [cable] within the estate and on fiber.

KDN's left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. It's been 10 days since their techies finished the installation and I haven't received a single byte.Apparently installations are done by agents not by KDN it's self Mine(agent) has had 10 different excuses for all those 10 days.Creatively incompetent!!
My advice:Don't terminate your current contract before you jump ship

Called to complain about the slow speeds was told that previous prices zilikuwa offer tu(so I am now at half my old speed)!Or does it have anything to do with them pulling out of retail?

DtheK....that could be so.They transferred all their retail clients to SwiftGlobal apart from the big banks.
They want to specialize in being a data carrier and not an ISP.Keep us posted though.
Who has tried the Safcom Home Broadband thingie?
