Today morning 3 flights with approx 500 passengers failed to head to their various situations....sabotage?All senior managers were called to report to work as early as 3 a.m possunt quia posse videntur

Meanwhile, KK & KenRe are paying its employees. And shareholders. I was daft not to sell KQ immediately I saw the 'Project Mawingu' blueprint. Lucky for me, I came to my sense and flipped my KQ for KenRe [& KK]. Another firm I sold out of was Uchumi coz I had misgivings about the direction of the management. Wazuans - If you hear any shady happenings at any of these eg Unga, KenRe, KK, Williamson, TPSEA, I&M ... please let me know ASAP! Greedy when others are fearful. Such efforts amongst many others in the so called "Turn Around Strategy... and still unable to pay staff? Crap! Basic business education: Four ways of growing revenues..which can be subdivided further into other categories; 1. Increase number of transactions 2. Increase size of individual transactions (bundle products/services..or use grouped offers 3. Increase frequency of repeat transactions 4. Increase price per transaction. ...set a mix of 3 of above and your revenues are set... but for profitability... set parameters for controlling operational costs Kenya Airways, like Posta... thinks the only way to grow revenues is to increase prices. ...for close to 20 years they ignored operational costs and they believe a new management..mostly from within, a few press statements and a grandiose call for "patriotism" will turn the company around. Crap. Well spoken @proverB. .what is ailing Kq is the record salaries. Hii tamaa ya mishahara kubwa itamaliza kazi zao. The only way up for Kq is reduction of huge operational costs especially the huge salaries. You see they thought increase in ticket prices will cover them. Sorry for them ...ticket prices are not elastic . Volumes will go down due to competition. Democracy does not belong to the dead
