Trading @227. Back to 2012 price levels. Support @200 and 150 levels.

@Sparkly 200 support broken. 150 is next.
Applause Applause Applause I like Stanchart. I like it even more at 150.

From high of 330 just this year to 190 now it has shed 140/- which is around 42%.
I was not a buyer at 330. Some of the profits were from asset sales thus a one-time boost to PAT. At 150, the PER & PB look very attractive.

140?? indeed pple are really sweating.

I had not noticed this one. Its really taken a pounding. At 42% shaving it's out running the overall bear.

@grahamdisciple @Sparkly you should be having this in mind as you speak. A good stock at a discount is always welcome. My question to you is would you have bought into stanchart in the past months (227-300)? Knowing that these LLPs and absent one off items will hurt the profits. We all know 190 and below is good for future

This is one of the stocks, together with BBK that I would never bother buying. I dont even bother looking at its profitability. These two counters have no growth prospects, and we all know banks are going regional. Buying into these companies is tying up your cash and you can as well toss your cash to the ground.

Where is the difference they are both reporting lower earnings ?

And the % drop is the same except for rounding errors

Lavatories are labeled Kings & Queens or gents & ladies. Where do you go to given both are lavatories. For Kings you see the two different locations. Cut it short, it would be prudent to start a thread of CFC independent as opposed to posting a link of CFC results in a Stan chart thread.
