It's cheaper compared to brick and mortar but it's new technology which Kenyans shall slowly embrace

Justify using figures. Wazuans like facts. Take an example of a 1/2/3 bedroom house and show the difference in costing. Also compare other factors like durability, safety,lifespan e.t.c
