Standard practice the world over on 4G networks is to offer data packages of 1Gb,5Gb and so on and if they are exhausted the user is throttles to say 1 mbps.4g setup cost millions but from what am seeing safaricom isnot really keen on recovering the investment.
This is where i side with these calling for reduction of 4G license so that serious players can enter the 4G market and ignite the 4G market
If you dont have a 4G capable device you will no get 4G speeds....thats how it works
