Why all this bile. You all know grandstanding by Kenyan delegates linked to 2017 threats. Everyone also knows, if ICC judges have 'evidence'- real/imagined/apparent -that witnesses were interfered with so as to recant testimonies, then rule 68 doesn't matter. This spirited attempt by kenya speaks volumes and unwittingly so, coz the impression now made is that recanted testimonies, if taken into account, would surely send the duo to the gallows. May justice win at the end of the day.

I cannot wait for the kiss of death (or life) that the pope will give DP on the cheek. Or is both PORK and DPORK going to be kissing the ring on the "Don"? (we shall see)....Remember Judas Iscariot and the kiss of death he gave Jesus?? Yaani kiss ya kumpeana

If DPORK survives these Hague problems, then he like Baba Moi will be unstoppable and will rule Kenya....wake me up if my prediction comes to pass (is there a sportspesa for such predictions??)

Developing story:

Assembly of State Parties accepts a compromise allowing Kenya's motion against the retrospective application of ICC Rule 68.
