I have a mind that's connected to another mind whose nature and extent is almost mysterious and this mind communicates with my mind mostly via dreams. The communication entails me sending my thoughts subconsciously and the 'super mind' responds via its symbolic metaphor through experiences I call dreams. When I work on these dreams I find out my subconscious thoughts and I find new perspectives and new thoughts about what I need to do in my conscious life. Like right now I'm working on two vivid dreams I had today, and so far, I'm finding the material illuminating.

Unconscious material have an element of 'height', and the more one relates to them actively and consciously then the more likely one goes high.
