The green line is the rainfall recorded in 2014, blue..the average rainfall received from 2008-2013. Now compare that with what the meteorological dept said that they would get over 50mm during the weekend, for more data you will wait for the mets to post rainfalls at the end of the month. Incase you are still confused, elnino is not a storm, its a phenomena listen to this lady she explains it very well

Glad you noted the months are those of Dec- Jan...now the data. According to forecasters, they will receive about 4mm Mon 23rd but Wed 25th night 21mm...lets wait and see if that happens.
