@ dunkang good trial but the math still doesn't add up. Assuming these ongoing projects have been inflated by massive 50percent, it means they are worth about 122b. If you factor original eurobond, where are these projects and can we get a list? Plus I thought you shouldn't be awarded a tender if your bid is 15percent over or under official estimate and that you can't vary contract sum by more than 10percent - and this ought to be taken care of by contingency?

It used to be 15% but it has since been enhanced to 25%....Hence if the available contingency amount is less than 25% of the contract sum, then the client can be requested to avail more funds.

So he said "Uhuru sack this woman. She will bring you down". I thought as an ODM MP he would very happy with Uhuru's/waigooroo's woes. Ama yeye ni mole?

Cost of the trip:

10 airtickets - 3,500,000
Hotel accommodation for 2 weeks - 10*14*80,000 = 11,200,000
Allowances @70k per day - 10*14*70,000 = 9,800,000
"Special guests from ethiopia/japan for vips" (oops MCAs) - 5,000,000
10 return tickets ksm-nrb - 10*20,000 = 200,000
Gifts to hosts - 5,000,000
Misc.- 5,000,000
Total: 40m. wasted to study a subway. They could have studied it on youtube kama yego.

Dpork said economy will be back on track by Dec, does anyone have the specifics and have they now reinstated the Economic Council? But so long as jubilee polices are aimed at mainly impressing voters in 2017, am afraid they could boomerang and achieve the very opposite. They should think long-term if they want to succeed
