If you factor original eurobond, where are these projects and can we get a list? Plus I thought you shouldn't be awarded a tender if your bid is 15percent over or under official estimate and that you can't vary contract sum by more than 10percent - and this ought to be taken care of by contingency?

It used to be 15% but it has since been enhanced to 25%....Hence if the available contingency amount is less than 25% of the contract sum, then the client can be requested to avail more funds.
