So Wailer was right when he said the Interest rate hike was just temporary and things will stabilize in the next three months

If experts couldn't see it that way (rates going down) then we can say there was a design (& a designer) with a motive?

MONEYPULATION of Interest Rates, SURELY!!!!

The big kahunas have already done what needed to be done.. Steal taxpayers money at zero initial cost and obtain interest at 22% on the swindled funds.. Mugabe was onto something when he dismissed us. On the brighter side, as per Graham's law, with a steady fall in t-bill rates, the NSE shall inch upwards correspondingly

SOOO this thing was just manipulation of the rates for some guys to lock in huge profits from stolen money.

Talk of hiring a thief to guard a bank fault.

What went wrong in Kenya, a case study of corruption and abundant theft of National resources

Money was stolen from coffers and used to buy the short term treasury bills.
Upon maturity the principal amount will be returned while interest will be pocketed.

KBRR is a useless thing. With the bank's loan interest rate function being KBRR + K, banks are controlling the interest rates via the variable K.

Yeah, but if you keep KBRR stable, then you can blame the banks for the current high rates. Economics via politics.
