I will not sell my Kenya Re at any price below 36/
The NAV/share is almost 30. So Cytonn's target 24/- is understated. I think GoK's 60% ownership is the reason for the discount.

KenyaRe should throw all the cash it has into 22% paper for now. Plus long-dated tax-free IFBs yielding 13%.
