Leakage should be encouraged, KNEC should even get into the act and spread as many leaks both fake and original, then the leakage just becomes another form of revision, the latter which has been happening especially in the top schools at a very vigorous level.

KNEC should be the ones leading this, just release lots of different papers, including all the leaks - wacha watoto wang'eng'ane, after all if a kid can remember what they saw on a paper and replicate the same in the exam room then they are ready for the modern world.

Either-way, our education system is one based on who can memorize enough revision papers, I don't know where the leakage excitement is coming from - let the underprivileged kids get a chance to brag about better results for once.
