It's bungled transition to counties and poor economic planning coupled with tenderpreneurship that has put us in this mess and yes, PK would have done a better job. Do you realize whereas pork appointed key people like security from outside his community, kutender strategically retreated to his ethnic cocoon for all key posts. This is a good chance pork has to justify he needs to reorganize his govt. But he kicked out all the seasoned wazees, who's there to advise him what to do- CS Rotich was appointed for political reasons and the stability of the Jubilee coalition.we didn't want some in-fighting like the one that happened between NAK and LDP from 2003 resulting in PEV in 2007.
Everyone was watching to see whether people from Mt Kenya will be appointed to the Security and Treasury portfolios in the cabinet..... CORD certainly would have taken advantage of that to bring a wedge between the Jubilee coalition partners.
But now the PORK and DP need to reorganize their government and bring in more confidence in the economy.

In the spirit of cooperation that Raila is offering to the government, ODM should encourage and allow Peter Anyang Nyong'o to also join the cabinet. That will be another nusu-mkate serikali which JAP have vowed never ever again. Not really.... Nkaisery is in the Cabinet.... Mukhisa and Tuju are not in the CORD

The strong people there including PS and CBK Governor will subject the country to IMF thinking and interests..... Which are not necessarily to the advantage of the country but those who finance IMF.

@ liv missing link is economic planning.. we need someone to audit all these projects both at county and national level and take us back to the path of vision 2030. Even something like laptops, pork just need tell us it wasn't compatible with v2030 that's why it was scrapped. And at the treasury, you need someone very competent, 100percent loyal. Imagine current scenario where PS wakes up one morning to find his junior is boss

He boasts of the education and knowledge but can't practically apply it to the relevant situations. Ministry of Health boasts of reforms brought by Mama Ngilu without a ndegiri while a whole Dr Professor did nothing while at health! Everybody STEALS, a THIEF is one who's CAUGHT stealing something of LITTLE VALUE. !!!

Besides he is an intellectual..... We also need very clever people in the government. People who can really think at the policy level. Never underestimate that..... Intelligence in leadership..... But in the right portfolio.
People like Mukhisa are some of the best brains we have in Kenya and with their experience they should be serving the country at the cabinet level if possible.

Many Kenyans have Very good plans on paper which are present. What we need are Implementors. Nyong'o is a poor implementor! Search your sources again. I know Nyong'o to be a very intelligent man. That's a fact. He was in the team that conceptualized the 2030 vision.

Live I suppose you aren't understanding me. I mean there so many Sessional papers, economic plans, Researches done and lying idle in the parliament and ministries. We don't need many new ones. What we need are IMPLEMENTORS!!!!! Everybody STEALS, a THIEF is one who's CAUGHT stealing something of LITTLE VALUE. !!!
