Another question: For the non-competitive bids, does your return vary with the daily rates or your rate is fixed at what was prevailing at date of buying?

The money market is sucking out a lot of liquidity from the system. In short it means cash is becoming scarce. $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!
