Again, people are pretending to be shocked here. Take time to visit IMLU's offices or website and you will realise that young man was being handled by very very kind officers.

The good news is that now we have IPOA and they have managed to make good progress in holding the police force accountable. Unfortunately, they are overwhelmed and right now they are only handling cases involving death.

The sad news is that jubilee govt wants to ammend the law to weaken IPOA.

Am sending an appeal to jubilee insiders in this forum. Please think beyond 2022. Wouldn't it be 1978 all over again ? Why roll back civil liberties that guarantee all of us protection.

Some of these liberties were won through blood and tears. Many people died fighting for these rights. To remove them now that we are in power is being too short sighted.

you clearly are an orphan and have no siblings..or probably serving in the forces if you see nothing wrong when 15 men salivate to whip a young boy no matter his mistake! Judge and jury.....that's how ordinary folk are lynched buy mobs....animals!
Yah and you call us dramatic.....Shidwe kabisa

@Julie.... Haven't you heard of the 36 bloggers who were hired recently?

I wish I was paid to do that, if the 36 bloggers manager is on wazua, please hire me my mail is sitaki.kujulikana at gmail.

middle class are too dramatic, its just some kiboko on the back side. it is better than throwing him in jail, but we will show pretense pity and then go home and pay the househelp 8k and wall ourselves in gated compounds.

you middle class, why would one hire bloggers to clean up online while majority of the votes are not from online guys, twitter and facebook people rarely vote.

Back to the caning issue, if you care to find out more about the incident and the history of that area you might get a better understanding.
