I remember this happened a long time ago.... must have been in pokot or mt elgon areas....

you clearly are an orphan and have no siblings..or probably serving in the forces if you see nothing wrong when 15 men salivate to whip a young boy no matter his mistake! Judge and jury.....that's how ordinary folk are lynched buy mobs....animals!
