so its official, KEBS erred in their oil inspection policy. Now oil marketers will have to be refunded all levy collected from 1st March. Energy minister says they expected price to rise by only 25cents. (i thought ERC had recommended to him a pricing model to implement? what happenned?) Don't you forget, already that oil had been sold to clients..so who will refund the clients...That is a dangerous precedent of bad policy implementation. click this link for exciting shopping deals
