The kiambu county govt is only approving subdivision of 1/4 acre plots for mwalimu farm. Anyone stating they have 1/8 acre plots at mwalimu farm should be asked to produce a valid title deed....and not show mother title with promises of processing the eights titles later as that will not happen without approval by the kiambu county govt...and they are not approving....anyone needing to confirm this can talk to the office of the county planner...or see the county planner in the ruiru sub county offices..
