You take schools too seriously, most people would do ok with nursery schooling only.

The court says the teachers strike is not illegal. But the teachers have been ordered to go back to class and wait for arbitration within 90 days.

Teachers to be paid September salaries but the increase in salaries to be decided through arbitration.

Teachers seems very happy with decision.
