He also wants the number of representation units reduced to cut on the huge wage bill. Again,very populist but no way Mpigs/MCA/Governors/senators will support him. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

Okay, we all know it cant go through. Let's pretend it will go through for a minute. How much money will be raised by the move? Best case scenario.
