Today 3rd March 2010, there is a case going for mention at the Childrens court at 0900 hrs. Anyone or any media house can go and witness the most painful, bizzare and grisly of murders.
A two year old boy was pronounced dead on arrival at Getrudes hospital last week on Tuesday. The boy was rushed to the hospital by his "father" who happens to be his moms lover.
The "father" had left home with the boy at 10:00 a.m, according to the househelp, when the boy was walking. At 3p.m the boy was rushed to Getrudes in "critical condition" and was pronounced dead on arrival.
Around wednesday or Thursday(24th/25th Feb), a funeral announcement was made with a burial date on Friday,26th. Feb. Getrudes who had examined the body before discharging it to Lee funeral home suspected foul play and alerted the authorities. The government obtained a court injunction stopping the burial and demanded for a postmortem.
Getrudes hospital had observed that the body showed evidence of long-standing torture, a broken spinal cord, cracked skull, bruises around the neck and chest.
According to the househelp, that same day, she had heard the boy mourning and squealing in the parents bedroom. The boy was upstairs with the "dad". When the mourning continued, she went upstairs knocked and when it was not opened, she pushed and burst in only to be greeted by the sight of the boy pressed against the wall, mouth tied with a piece of cloth that went round to the back and the man pulling the boys private parts. What a horror..!! she asked "baba junior, what is happening to junior", the man replied that they are just play and that the boy is laughing.
20minutes later he left with the boy.
The mother of this boy has fired 2 househelps who had questioned how the man has been treating the boy. In the house, the boy sits alone in a corner and doesnt interact with grown ups, not even the mother. The boy is not bathed or fed by anyone else except the mother or the "dad".
A month ago, the boy was admitted in hospital in critical condition with a cracked skull that caused internal bleeding. It was reported to the hopital by the parents that he had fallen from/on the bathtab.
The mother of the boy left the husband 7 months ago. This was after starting an affair with her mechanic who used to repair her car. The mechanic moved in to live with her and that is when the two, seeing the boy as a hindrance to their progress resorted to torture the little angel.
"I told you to give me Junior but you refused", the girls mother was heard wailing on monday. "Now you have killed him, you have killed junior..!! why? Why my daughter, why did you kill junior..!!"
The mother of the child never cried. She was composed and quiet. All she said was "Tom has been there for me, I asking you to support Tom now." The dad of the girl asked.. "who is Tom". Nobody in the family knew her new "husband".
Postmortem results reveal longstanding torture on the body, the doctor says probably six months.
broken spine, kneck injuries like someone has been trying to strangle the boy, broken skull and other wounds.
The mother and the lover are in custody, appearing in court this morning. The biological father of the boy who was kicked out of the matrimonial home by the wife is yet to come for the funeral, he told the girls family that he will give them his story today.
What kind of mother can do this to her son?
What kind of man is this.
I am hurting and angry at the pain the little angel went through to his death. If I was the biological dad. Now would be the Time to Kill someone.
