Very sad,so this faiba thing was meant for the city dwellers alone, safcom should be compelled to sambaza fibre every corner with the billion profit.

Installed Accesskenya at my place in Thika. let me update you end of two weeks on reliability.

I wanted ZUKU or JTL but fiber hasnt reached Thika twoen yet. ZUKU said they dont have net in Thika. Sisi watu wa counties tunaombas serikali ilete fiber karibu.

with VAT is about kshs 6800. 1mbps. Its slow and hard to stream. I will monitor the next one week and if i dont manage to hit the 1mbps on both upload and download, i will tell them to upgrade to maybe 2-3mbps otherwise niingoe.

I had installed for work related duties skype and email for my side hustle.

It isn't a bad idea actually. Google is laying fibre for free all across the rural US and recovering the costs from their core business.

They just dont want to give out unlimited internet. They want to keep us in this bundles cage and siphon money from our pockets. Zuku is taking over Nairobi the most lucrative market, 50mbps already with 100mbps on the way
