Real estate has boomed more than equities for more than a decade, but that makes pricing houses and land very expensive. A slow down is expected. Thus the next asset class rotation will favour stocks than real estate.
Parliament cuts tax on sale of shares should also boost equities vs real estate. Real estate capital gains tax is much higher and landlords are also cornered.

Agreed.Medium to long term equities will outperform real estate in general.The only location that i think could outperform equities is nairobi prime real estate like upperhill and westlands and parts of cbd.Those areas are setting up like a mini Newyork because of many service companies and GOK being concentrated in one place.
