According to KTN NEWS, Mudavadi and Majiwa are under investigation by KACC. It will be interesting to see how RAO will deal with this one.

A parliamentary committee headed by Shabir believes Mudavadi was party to the deal.........It's grabbing time from all sides of the political divide.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

For me Musalia lost it when over the weeked he said he will be supporting RAO for president 2012.
He said we shouldnt ask him that question again!!!
He is held captive by RAO. So sad.
Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

The whole of last year this story was so common place in both print and electronic media.

By virtue of his office Mudavadi knew or should have known the matter way before the media got it.

All this while Mudavadi didnt raise any finger till 14th of Feb 2010 when he wrote to Muthaura to suspend his PS.
Thats too little too late.
Something has to give.
While at it what became of him and Goldenberg scandal.

The anti corruption guru that he has become, Raila will 'definitely demand' that he resigns.
In the mean time we are waiting.

RAO is now defending Musalia. I thought he would suspend the guy but it seems that treatment is reserved for guys who dont declare tinga to be tosha

Where I work, I have comprehensively concluded that most Luos are so full of impunity....If u have one up there, rest assured the luo juniors will definitely "shine" at the expense of the OTHERS. So much nepotism and they dnt even attempt to conceal it! Call me whatever bt those are the views of the majority here. A few are however very good chaps.

B4 im skinned alive, the above post was just a general description of Luo men with regard to tribalism n nepotism, which stinks to high heavens in them. Other tribes also have very serious flaws too, including my own. So no pun intended.
