a friend has been employed by TSC for seven years ,but he has been advised to go back to University if he has to advance in his career,which is the cheapest University interms of fees in kenya ,he enrolls?

Am not a teacher but would advice he looks for a campus closest to him since I highly doubt there would be any difference in terms of fees especially for a B.Ed degree in government institutions. Or you thought TSC does not approve teachers learning programmes? Just like Engineering and Medical Sciences, B.Ed is regulated by TSC. I remember sometime back, TSC could not employ some graduates including one programme called Agricultural education and extension from I think Egerton since it lacked some basic course units for teaching in classrooms.
