Actually the more believable story is Utd preparing a bid for Sadio Mane from Southampton, who would be a great addition because he's tried and tested in the BPL, scoring 10 in 32 appearances in his first season. But I doubt Saints would be willing to lose two star players to Utd in the same transfer window.

Enough of this none sense - the window just needs to close so that we know who is in and out and finally focus properly on the season ahead

S'pton have already declared that Mane will not be sold.

Man Utd are interested in Russian forward Aleksandr Kokorin who currently plays for Dynamo Moscow....well that's according to his Agent.

SKY SOURCES UPDATE. Apparently Victor Wanyama hasn’t travelled to join up with the Kenya squad as planned. Presumably this means he’s going straight to Tottenham to hang around outside. There is a decent chippie on the Tottenham High Road, as it happens.

If Utd can get Keylor Navas for De Gea then we can make it till Jan, when LvG will realize he needed a striker this window...and NO, Utd will not get Bale, that was Perez's pet project so he cannot be sold at any price - Madrid only sell whoever Perez does not want e.g. Di Maria.
