The chap has businesses and property in kenya. He even has a wife here, yet all the local and international security forces have been unable to nab him.he must have developed the ability to change into a bird, an insect, or other animal at will.

Of cos he's here, has been here. Otherwise why was that Kenyan dude snoked when he tried to nab him so that he sought to capture him and collect the bounty on Kabuga's head?
N this fugitive used to be as been spotted mob times in Riruta.

But he's blended well, knows local languages very very well - just like intelligence agencies effectively plant a sleeper agent in a community and whe weaves himself into the social fabric of that community as he awaits that call that will ask him to execute an Ops.
On this score I believe the U.S. intelligence the kubaff is around -they seem to know more about international persona non gratas visiting us than Kenyan intelligence anyway - kumbuka its the U.S. that at diff. times in our history tipped off the Kenyans that Al Faisal & Ocalan were very much around hobnobbing with some kenyans.

Wazuans, lets take offs and go seek this dude (USD 5M ni 400m on his head)so that we dont have to work again!

@poundfoolish I like your reasoning thathe could be in U.S., and that is the typical modus operandi of intelligence services -'kill' the guy in his area of operation while in essence you have spirited him out to a diff. country to live incognito under an assumed name.
BTW, the guy was called William Munuhe

Nairobi is such a hub of intelligence ops of sooo many countries mpaka am surprised a fugitive can last this long.

Where is the honour in villains nowadays? Why can't they fall on their swords rather than face embarrassment of getting arrested? Hitler couldn't stand this...Jeffrey Epstein could stand this shame

Kabuga is now 84 years old, has been on the run for the last 25 years thereabouts, now headed to the The Hague.

Why is it that he come out in the middle of this pandemic?
Very simple
The man wants to live the remainder of his life in a sterile environment. I hear he is now more than 80years old.
If he didn't do that covid 19 which is rampant in France could have cought up with him with much serious outcomes than facing bensuda.

France in a way orchestrated massacre in Rwanda and reason they hid the person in their country for long. He did not swim from Rwanda to France. They Killed Africans and hid their lead to the massacre. Now that they know he is on a death bed they produce him.

This is not the first case, they are there in Congo running Gold and diamond mines and killing Africans through blackmailing our leaders who invest in those foreign countries heavily.

Kabuga should say the truth and the truth only that he knows before he dies. That is only way he can deliver justice to his Africans.

Why did it take French intelligence officials this long to establish such an easy trail?
Quote:
"We realised ... that trail from the children protecting their father converged on Asnieres-sur-Seine," Emeraux told Reuters, referring to a Paris suburb. "We also discovered one of his children was renting an apartment there."

Why have we been blaming Kenyan authorities if the below is true? Being treated in Germany
Quote:
He was formally identified in a DNA test, matching against a sample taken when he was hospitalised in Germany in 2007, Emeraux added.

Due to the suspicion of being in Kenya, I doubt he would have used ourssmile
Quote:
Kabuga had 28 known aliases and was using a passport from an African country, Emeraux said.

John-Allan Namu reflects on the capture of a genocidaire in Paris after 26 years on the run and its significance to the families of the victims left in his wake.
Link

He does acknowledges that the man he identified was not the real Kabuga:
"I will always regret having exposed Mr Ngera, a man I had never met, to that kind of ridicule—even if I hadn’t set out to do so, much less plot to pass him off as a genocidaire."
