Am selling my JUJA PLOT at Kes 650,000 negotiable (QUICK SALE). 50 x 100, 12km frm JUJA TWN
, off JUJA FARM RD.
NB: THE PLOTS ALREADY ALLOCATED
The plot was originally owned by Mhasibu Housing and titles are being processed.

Hi @zmkabiro

On a different but similar issue, someone showed me some plots about 12km from Juja farm (ATHI area). That damn place is far but he indicated there will be a bypass exiting at Garissa road in the near future. Anyone in the know about this bypass?

Whats your view on that place and whats the going market are? I want to buy some 3.5 acreas at 2m
