In a demoncratic state...some party will endorse someone either for their good record or for their popularity that alone will dilute the purpose of being independent. Voters need to mature up and vote in level headed people and vote out those imposed to them. "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. Such that every 2.5 yrs there is an election

Voters need to mature up and vote in level headed people and vote out those imposed to them. Thus the need to separate the two, you see if voters are given options by political parties then the level headed candidates will always be a rarity - or at least separate the governor and mca elections from the presidential/senator/mp.

Makofiiiiiiiii, Nderemooooooo"..................halililiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. Finally the village has a state of the art bridge courtesy of the County Government. It reminds me of my shags where bridges across the river were just two long logs spread across the narrowest part of the river. One had to perfectly balance to cross those bridges. No drunks ever dared as they would go straight to the river at the middle. The above bridge is the fore quite a maendeleo mashinani "Things that matter most must never be at the mercy of things that matter least." Goethe
