He saw the crash coming almost one year ago. Sell now because 12 is coming. 12/- is good. I wouldn't mind getting in at 12/- as long as the exposure to Bramer is contained. As an insurer, they are #1 in EAC or so it seems. Ahead of jubilee?? The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Perhaps Jubilee has more (large) business but Britam is the Equity of Insurance with branches and agents all over the EAC countries. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

Profitwise it cant hold a candle to Jubilee.. CIC holds a much larger marketshare while UAP & APA are dangerously close to Britam

Jubilee covers the assets while Chartis handles goods in transit cover. APA covers KAA/JKIA.. Further, KQ paid USD 100,000 each for every dead passanger on the Abidjan & Doula flights.. Information is power

@vvs. caution on the allure of britam. I wouldn't exactly describe their management as trustworthy. They need to win shareholder trust back after last year and this year scandals. I refuse to accept that they were innocent bystanders in the cyton and rawat drama. Even if they were not involved, it tells us something about them. Or I'm I just being paranoid??? The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Add the issue of them reinstating earnings early this year, Wairegi leaving, Dr. James Mwangi resigning as director etc. All these are not good signs to me. Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

Pl quote your source (since, their website 'Britam', Wairegi is still the CEO - what could I be missing). TA = Price Action + Vol + S/R + Trend + Pattern.
