So, the Italian PM, Mr. mateo Renzi, had a meeting at the Kenyan State House with President Kenyatta, and still he insisted on wearing a BULLETPROOF jacket! Inside the Kenyan STATE HOUSE???

If he was like this at statehouse, does it mean he had a bullet proof clear lamination around his head when giving that lecture at U.O.N ?
